CANCELLED AND MISSED MASSAGE APPOINTMENTS
Please understand that your time commitment begins at the moment you reserve a massage. My income is solely dependent on my booked appointments so when someone forgets, it greatly impacts me financially. Emergencies do occur and certain exceptions will be made; but cancellations without 24-hour notice and/or missed appointments will be charged at the following rates:
$38 – for missed 60-minute appointments
$23 – for missed 30-minute appointments
$48 – for missed 90-minute appointments
You will NOT be able to schedule another appointment until the charges are paid.
