I'm a graduate of Red Mountain Institute for the Healing Arts in 2001 where I received dual certification in clinical and neuromuscular massage.
I'm licensed by the State of Alabama and nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Massage Therapy and Bodywork. I'm also a professional member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
Because my focus is on the health and well-being of my clients, I continually strive to improve the quality of my services through continuing education including classes in Fibromyalgia and Chronic Myofascial Pain, myofascial release and Ethics.
