Welcome to Touch For Wellness Therapeutic Massage in Birmingham, AL.! I'm located in downtown Homewood with convenient access from Downtown,Vestavia, Hoover, and Mountain Brook. The office is one-half block from Soho Square and close to Little Professor Book Store and Wolf Camera.
I provide massage therapy and bodywork for pain and stress management. If you suffer from fibromyalgia, arthritis, migraines, frozen shoulder, neck and back pain or sore and stiff joints, massage therapy can be a real blessing by reducing or eliminating the pain and discomfort often experienced with these conditions and increasing range of motion in frozen shoulders. Massage can also shorten recovery time after some injuries. An ever increasing number of studies have shown that massage therapy can no longer be thought of as simply a luxury.
